In 1931, a group of eight individuals from the National Federation of Federal Employees submitted a Certificate of Organization to the state requesting the formation of our credit union. Throughout the years, many things have changed. We've grown in size, expanded our membership eligibility, and have offered extended services. But the one thing that hasn't changed is how much we value our member-owners. We are committed to providing quality financial services, exceed our members' expectations, and achieve a loyal relationship with members and staff alike.

We value our team as much as the members we serve. We hire employees who share our values of respect, honesty, communication, cooperation, and a positive approach. In order to attract and retain this caliber of employees, we offer competitive wages, a robust benefits package, and a great work environment.

As a Network Administrator, you are determined to help keep our complex data communications network system up and running smoothly. This includes our local area network, wide area network (WAN), and telecommunications. You love the challenge and variety inherent in this job!  You implement, maintain, and troubleshoot our hardware and software. You are responsible for the administration and maintenance of all our network nodes, switches, routers, and other network-related devices. You always comply with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

In our IT world, you are the one we call to save the day! You provide Tier III help desk support and respond to off-hours requests as needed. You communicate and coordinate well with other departments about IT-related matters. You develop, maintain, and execute policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the highest levels of efficiency, productivity, connectivity, and security for our credit union IT network. You also participate in short and long-range planning for the IT department, helping to identify appropriate technologies to meet the evolving needs of our credit union and its members.

Even when you're not specifically signaled to come to our rescue, we rest easy knowing that you're always there keeping watch. You safeguard our system by maintaining security controls such as Group Policy Object (GPO), Active Directory, and NTFS. You review network event and audit logs, analyze data to optimize performance, and report discrepancies. You are careful to identify, monitor, and minimize all areas of potential exposure and risk, performing needed maintenance on a regular basis. You are always learning more and stay abreast of IT industry trends and events that can impact our credit union.
